Examples of this would be company health fairs, picnics, sports, employee appreciation. Typically chair massages. No more than 15 minutes per individual employee on the massage chair. Cost would be the cost of the service which is $150/hour with a required minimum of three hours per event/visit, plus all applicable mileage and toll charges. Mileage is computed based on the standard mileage rate from Internal Revenue Services which is currently at 56 cents per mile.
